The picture is amazing, incredibly safely packaged and was better than I expected. You should definitely buy from them if you're looking for a unique personalized gift. More importantly, Sinan helped me resolve the fact that my picture was originally delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, the carrier provided a photo clearly showing it was delivered somewhere else. The replacement arrived in 3 days!! This is the best customer service I have ever received! This will sound bizarre, but I am giving a very enthusiastic review to a product that I've had refunded. The print itself is, or should I say, was, beautiful, working with the vendor to get it exactly as I wanted was easy, but the shipping company they used coupled with some UPS workers who either need medication or were off theirs conspired for this to arrive late, damaged and after experiencing a tour of NY state that many tourists would envy. I was so disappointed that I just asked for a refund rather than a replacement, the state of the world today, I have to be careful where I spend my energy and my emotion. So some MAY have problems with the shipping, but if you have the time and the emotional capital to risk the shipping company, this is a great present for yourself or someone who truly "gets"music.

Overall very happy with the product I ordered. The shop verified they could do what I request and sent a proof for me to approve before printing. Item arrived quick and was well packaged. My only complaint is that the corners of the frame are somewhat spaced apart and the top of the wood is cracked, I’m assuming from where they installed the sawtooth hanger. Thankfully you can’t really tell unless you’re up close and looking for it. I would order from this shop again and recommend them to anyone thinking!

Not impressed. The song title is not centered, off by about 1/2”. The paper, while appearing to be beige or light tan in the picture actually has a pink cast. Finally, I don’t know if the printer was running low on ink but the black is not as dark and crisp in person as in the ad.

I'm glad the shop owner asks you to approve the print before sending it out because the producer, year created, and song lyrics were inaccurate. I just don't think the price point is worth it if I have to walk the shop owner through every detail of the print in order for it to be accurate.

Quality is great. I thought it was a little pricey compared to the other prints that I received. This was just words. The others were pictures. Also, I ordered this in a 5x7 and the other prints were 8x10 and 16x (something, can’t remember). This print in 5x7 cost a lot more. Otherwise, I like it.

The print looks how I expected. However, it came in a shipping envelope that was muddy and bent. It had clearly been stepped on. Who knows what else! It would probably be best to make a note, "do not bend," on these items before mailing. It could help prevent this kind of damage in transport. I think the print will look ok once it's in a frame.

The print itself is exactly as described - gorgeous paper, excellent quality. I've given four stars not five because the packaging was not sturdy enough and the print was marked where it had been crushed a bit and also rolled too tightly. That was a disappointment but I've framed and hung it and it looks good.
