SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more. Shipping starts at $8 for orders under $100, with the final rate shown at checkout. The $100 threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Made and shipped from Kentucky, USA. Each item is made to order.

- Production time: Typically 2–4 business days. Personalized orders enter production after you approve your design proof.

- Delivery time: Typically 5–8 business days after shipment within the U.S.

Your order may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Shipping, depending on your location and order size.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for an eligible non-personalized item.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

- You’re responsible for return shipping on approved returns of non-defective items.

- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to changes of mind, incorrect personalization details you provided, or size, color, or frame options you selected.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and submit all three photos within 30 days of delivery:

- A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

- A photo of the original packaging.

- A clear photo of the shipping label.

Please keep the item and all original packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.
