Data Deletion Request

Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Studio Mottos uses the Facebook Login feature to provide a seamless account creation and login experience on our Shopify store. We do not save your personal data on our servers through this application; the authentication is handled by Shopify's customer account system and Facebook.

If you wish to have your data associated with our store deleted, you can do so by deleting your customer account with us.

To request the deletion of your customer account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to hello@studiomottos.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, please include the name and email address you used to create your account.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your customer account from our Shopify system in accordance with our privacy policy. Please note that this will remove your account and order history from our store. This action does not delete your data from Facebook's platform.
