The selected size refers to the print and frame opening. The complete framed piece will be slightly larger because of the frame profile.

Gallery Mat Guide
Your selected size stays the same
The selected size is the finished outside size of the mat and frame. When you add a white gallery mat, the artwork is printed one standard size smaller to fit the opening.
Example: select 15 × 19". The finished piece remains 15 × 19", while the artwork becomes 11 × 15".

Metric and square size mapping
Landscape products use the same mapping with the dimensions reversed. The white mat is acid-free and creates a clean gallery-style border.

The 230 gsm paper has a substantial feel that elevates the overall presentation. Its soft matte texture adds depth while keeping every detail crisp and clear.
We offer handmade wooden frames from Italy, paired with premium plexiglass and available in a range of refined colors. All US orders are crafted in the USA.
You can also add an elegant passepartout (mat) to create a clean gallery-style border around your artwork.
Framing
Our ready-to-use frames are made with premium plexiglass and crafted to high quality standards. Choose from elegant wooden frames in dark or light oak, or go with bold colors like black, white, red, yellow, or blue.
Frame measurements refer to the print size they’re designed to fit. The overall outer dimensions will be slightly larger, depending on the frame profile and size you select.
Frames up to 50 × 70 cm have a 1.5 cm width and depth. Larger sizes feature a 2 cm width and depth.
Each frame includes easy-to-use turning clips on the back, so you can insert your print without hassle. All frames can be displayed either vertically or horizontally.
Mat / Passepartout
Mat / PassepartoutA mat (also known as a passepartout) is a sturdy paper border that surrounds your print, adding visual depth and giving the artwork a refined, gallery-style presentation.
When you select a mat, your print is produced one size smaller than the chosen frame size so it fits perfectly within the window opening.
Mat window sizes:
11 × 15" / 30 × 40 cm (window: 8.3 × 11.7" / 21 × 29 cm)
15 × 19" / 40 × 50 cm (window: 11 × 15" / 30 × 40 cm)
19 × 27" / 50 × 70 cm (window: 15 × 19" / 40 × 50 cm)
27 × 39" / 70 × 100 cm (window: 19 × 27" / 50 × 70 cm)
Important:
Some mat window sizes have slightly different proportions than the outer frame size. For example, a 40 × 50 cm frame with a 30 × 40 cm window does not share the same aspect ratio. In these cases, your artwork may be adjusted slightly to ensure it fits the window opening properly.

• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Incorrect size selected
– Color or frame preference
– Change of mind
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
• For approved non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
