Frame profile
The selected size refers to the print and frame opening. The complete framed piece will be slightly larger because of the frame profile.
How the finished size works
Gallery Mat Guide
Your selected size stays the same
The selected size is the finished outside size of the mat and frame. When you add a white gallery mat, the artwork is printed one standard size smaller to fit the opening.
Example: select 15 × 19". The finished piece remains 15 × 19", while the artwork becomes 11 × 15".
Inch size mapping
Landscape products use the same mapping with the dimensions reversed. The white mat is acid-free and creates a clean gallery-style border.

Frame sizing: Listed sizes refer to the print the frame fits. Outer dimensions are slightly larger.
Frame profile: 1.5 cm wide and deep for sizes up to 50 × 70 cm; 2 cm for larger sizes.
Easy access: Turning clips on the back make inserting or replacing your print simple.
Flexible display: Frames can hang vertically or horizontally.
Optional mat: Adds a clean, gallery-style border. Your print is produced one size smaller to fit the mat opening.
Artwork fit: Slight adjustments may be needed when the mat opening and artwork have different proportions. See the Mat Guide for window sizes.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more. Shipping starts at $8 for orders under $100, with the final rate shown at checkout. The $100 threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
- Production typically takes 2–4 business days.
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, including if you change your mind.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- You’re responsible for return shipping on approved returns of non-defective items.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and submit all three photos within 30 days of delivery:
- A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- A photo of the original packaging.
- A clear photo of the shipping label.
Please keep the item and original packaging until we review your claim. All three photos are required to qualify for a free replacement or refund, subject to applicable law.
